Ostatnie poważne pytanie na dzisiaj.

Hipotetycznie, Stowarzyszenie #TePeWu dostaje gazilion cebulonów na zorganizowanie i przeprowadzenie społecznie finansowanego i nadzorowanego badania naukowego, którego wyniki wraz z praktycznymi zastosowaniami będą opublikowane na otwartej licencji (powiedzmy CC-BY-SA).

Z punktu widzenia interesu społecznego, czego powinno dotyczyć to badanie?

Nie ma złych odpowiedzi.

**** Dzięki! Już ogarnięte! ****

Ahoj!

Potrzebuję na dwa tygodnie pożyczyć 400 zł (drukarka wraca z serwisu + jedzenie). Zwracam z socjalu, więc nie ma obaw o wypłacalność (jeśli ktoś mi ufa).

We (Tepewu) are now building a coordinated system of donation raising, based on @Liberapay service. Unfortunately, our content is published via #PeerTube, #Friendica, and (federated) #Wordpress. It makes it impossible to connect to our LiberaPay teams and profiles, as it is strictly exclusive for Mastodon and Pleroma networks.
Thus, after exchanging an email message with LiberaPay team (which boiled down to "nothing gonna change, sorry), I decided to create an issue in their Github.

If you believe it is worth to make free donations available for all fediverse-based projects, please support this issue and make LiberaPay treat us all in an equal way.

The (not)funfact: 2 years ago, when I set up my personal account, there was no problem with connecting #Friendica account to #LiberaPay,even if it was categorised as "mastodon". What happened, to make things worse, instead of better?

I will soon need to #drill a "blind" hole in an #obsidian sphere (to use it as a knob for a cane) hole diameter ~12 mm, depth, say 50 mm. Anyone can give me some hints what to use (#diamond #drill I guess, but I cannot find one) and how to do it, so I would not spoil the material?

Hm~ once you have a hole, do you intend to mount a (wooden?) cane rod in it using wooden wedges?

I started to wonder whether adhering things to obsidian by heating it to ~its glass transition temperature would work and gotten nerd sniped into reading about metal-glass seals. Thanks.

THAT is a bit beyond my reach (at least for now). My working hypothesis is that I would glue-in (epoxy or polyurethane) a threaded sleeve both into the knob and the stick, and connect them with a threaded rod, secured with loctite removable glue.
