Biorąc pod uwagę artykuły, które ostatnio wleciały do mojej bańki, można chyba uznać, że jest naukowe uzasadnienie tezy, że trauma psychiczna osiąga w świecie skalę pandemiczną, w Polsce dodatkowo wzmocnioną przez szczególnie wysoką podatność na PTSD.
Wspominałem po kilkakroć o konieczności podjęcia działań oddolnych w tej sprawie. Jeśli wszystko pójdzie zgodnie z planem, od nowego roku rusza stowarzyszenie, które między innymi będzie się tym zajmować. Zapraszam wszystkie zainteresowane osoby do współtworzenia projektu (nie trzeba przystępować do stowarzyszenia).

do zaklasyfikowania Ostatniego Pokolenia jako grupy przestępczej nie jest wymagane, aby jej celem było głównie popełnianie przestępstw. Wystarczy, że jest ono jednym z możliwych wielu celów grupy. W przypadku Ostatniego Pokolenia było to nękanie uczestników ruchu drogowego, w szczególności poprzez przyklejanie się i uszkadzanie mienia.

Our global review of research into the link between financial crises and mental health highlights three key challenges: stigma, stress and social roles

Alongside Alzheimer’s disease, a lower hippocampal volume has been observed in people with many other conditions – such as Cushing’s disease, depression, PTSD and anxiety.

Certain lifestyle habits can also worsen loss of hippocampus volume. For example, poor diet has been linked to a lower hippocampus volume, as has excess alcohol consumption – even in young people.

On the other hand, physical activity, including yoga, cardio and exercises which build balance and coordination, have all been shown to increase hippocampal volume in older people.
