It's the USA that is collapsing, really. Civilisation has always been just a visitor there. Most other places too of course, but at the moment, it's not so much a collapse as, Civilization grabbing its bugout bag and heading for safety, because your voters forsook it.

I dunno how much international news is reaching in there these days, but the nations not also currently captured by this parlor trickery are accepting the USA's abdication of legitimacy and sorting out what the civilized world will look like, going forward.

Like the EU and Britain, we're not just gonna let you back in, if and when you get back to a not-fascist government. This is serious trouble you've gotten yourselves into.
