As the all-crisis advances, who is going to make humanity muddle through? Either to die out in style, or to "scatter, adapt and remember" until next civilsation emerges?
More seriously, I am trying to begin a collective conversation to define, how the fading generation (those who will most probably not live beyond 2050) can and should help those who stay here awhile longer (and, by extension, their descendants). This approach is partly inspired by #DeepAdaptation perspective, but major influence is my accumulated reading of SF&F stories, in big part dealing with exactly this class of problems.
