If you want to you'll need to use scratch or some other graphical programming language or give them BT physical keyboards, typing code on phone screen sucks like a black hole, (trust me, i've tried) if you still want to there's FOSS app called "unexpected keyboard" on fdroid, Python is considered easiest fully-featured language. I know of no sensible editors with ability to run your code.
