1. I need 5 name of prominent #researchers from international #ICT or #Education #academic circles, who moved their presence.
2. I need 5 names of research institutions (as above) that maintain their own instances.
3. Also, I vaguely remember that there is one or more instances "for #scientists" -- will appreciate the address(es).

- types.pl for type theorists (technically a subtype[sic] of the above)
- fediscience.org – a generic place for scientists
- astrodon.social – for people interested in astowhatever (not -logy though), a lot of scientists in practice
- dair-community.social – huh, that technically falls under 2., although as a research institution they don’t have a lot of output yet; anyway, social impacts of contemporary AI
