I need to make a device to cut circles from a medium-soft magnetic PVC foil 0.7-1.8 mm thick. I plan to use a "cookie cutter" with the cut length ~20 cm, driven by a screw press.
Now, how can I establish the pressing power (possibly with some overhead) needed to do such cutting? Prices vary wildly...
