I am hunting a [ #Persian | #Iranian | #Farsi ] #song of #protest I once (2017-18 I guess) downloaded from the YT.

It was a #video #collage of #women of all ages, doing "indecent" things: playing football, riding horses, shooting bows, working in the laboratory, dancing or just standing on the street - all off them clapping hands in a short sequence, which was obviously some kind of defiant signal.

The creator, and "narrator" of this was a man in his fifties, heavily bearded in an unkempt style. As a as I remember, no word was spoken, just music, clapping and writing on the wall.

It was very powerful and a jewel in my long gone collection of anti-patriarchal video-clips.
Now I am trying to find it again. Will somebody #help me, please?

On youtube, I don't find such older videos but perhaps this list can help you: https://themarkaz.org/revolutionary-hit-parade-121-protest-songs-from-iran/

Was it a real song or a narration to music?

BTW: Make a space after [ - then your hashtags should become clickable. edit: Or the [...] could prevent from clicking ...

Thank you both for the list (Great stuff, but no score for me) and the head-up. I corrected the bracket and hope it helps. The hunt continues. ;-)

Good luck! (I fear that you must delete the brackets completely ...)

Somehow, if I add hashtags after publishing the post, they are not active. I will try another magic spell. ;-)
