If there is a software published under "GPL-3.0-only" #license, am I allowed to create a fork of it, and under what conditions?
I am sorry, but my brain refused to process the license text and quit after first few paragraphs. Is there a human-friendly summary available someplace?

GPL3only probably means you can redistribute this soft only under GPL3only license.
