The least complicated way to make a discreet crypto -> fiat donation/payment for everybody (in this case - in Poland).

1. Get to https://shitcoins.club/?lang=en and select "Sell your cryptocurrency and withdraw your money from our ATM". It opens a popup pictured below.
2. Select the crypto from the top-left menu. Currently available : BTC, DASH, ETH, LTC, TRX, USDT, USDC.
3. Send the crypto to the address generated (there is an alphanueric string or QR code on screen).
4. Wait for the transaction to complete (messages show at the bottom).
5. Send the beneficiary a numeric payout code from the dropdown at the center.

To avoid KYC trigger at the payout, send no more than ~750 EUR per transaction (regenerate the crypto deposit address for new transcaction, that also means new payout code) or ~12 000 EUR per day.
