Zasadniczo się zgadzam. Ale później realia są takie, że koleżanka ze specjalizacją wykonująca trudne operacje przy porodach gdzie w najgorszym razie mogłyby umrzeć matka i dziecko dostaje za miesiąc tej roboty tyle samo co zgarnia za 3-4 dni wypisując recepty na pigułki w prywaciarskim gabinecie... Niestety NFZ płaci tak mało, że lekarze będą kombinować i uciekać do komercji.

W efekcie brakuje też lekarzy na specjalizacjach na których ciężko sobie dorabiać - radiologia, patomorfologia

Problem też taki że na NFZ to się prędzej człowiek dozeka śmierci niż leczenia. A to prowadzi znów do lepszej opieki na priv.

Jeśli potrzebujesz jakiegokolwiek poważnego leczenia to i tak wylądujesz na NFZ, bo prywaciarzom się nie opłaca. Zresztą jak płaciłem to się nie zainteresowali kwestiami, które lekarze NFZ podjęli i pokierowali (np. problemy z oddychaniem przez uszkodzony nos).

Let me put it this way: at Atlassian, we standardised deployment of a utility (molly-guard) that makes you confirm the hostname you think you're logged into before allowing a reboot or poweroff command to proceed.

Not as rare an event as one might prefer, especially when ssh-agent enables a troubleshooting session to involve ssh being threaded through multiple servers.
