W Poznaniu, 30 czerwca o godzinie 14, w sali 100 Sądu Rejonowego Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu, Al.

Israelis had the experience of Holocaust AND the knowledge of its methods, with the whole moral and scientific understanding.
And still, on their own, they chose to follow the same path. This is much worse than the original Nazi history, or even Stalinist remake.

In reading an important discussion of the IP assignment in the new Mastodon.social ToS:
github.com/mastodon/mastodon/i…
I was GOBSMACKED to discover the new ToS has a "binding arbitration waiver," which takes away your right to sue, no matter how badly the service abuses you.
These are profoundly unethical, terrible clauses. They should never, ever appear in "adhesion contracts" (that is, contracts that you merely click through, rather than negotiating.)
Summary Since it first opened, mastodon.social has operated without any sort of explicit IP grant from the users to the service, which is unusual for a social networking service. Today Mastodon ann...GitHub
Good to see that @Mastodon has hit pause on the new ToS and are going to revisit the offending clauses.

Anyone explain it to me, please?

Probably not worth it if we don’t currently have resource trouble. We should probably get a bit better monitoring though. <_<”
Oh and fyi this is likely not a long-term solution, if it gets too widespread then working around this specific countermeasure shouldn’t take more than a couple of days for a single dev.

Sorry, I don't follow your statement:
The country I live in unleashed a unique barbarism with fascism from 1933 to 1945, killing 52 million people in every inhumane way imaginable. Among them were 6 million Jews. For me, it is all the more bitter that the survivors and their descendants have not drawn any “humane” conclusions (which is a very vague term) from this with the State of Israel and its history, but on the contrary, today it has a more or less openly fascist government at the helm, with a mass of the population that obviously can live with this and does so, which shocks me anew every day.
I believe that Israel has lost its innocence since the Nakba and has joined the long line of countries that pursue racist, reactionary, and imperialist policies that must be fought.
But you won't get anywhere here by equating the Shoah with Israel's policies, because: In the country of the descendants of the perpetrators—Germany—there is today a so-called “reason of state” that brands any criticism of Israel or solidarity or even empathy with the Palestinians as “anti-Semitic=fascist,” which is complete bullshit, but is used by all politicians here, from left to right (and by small but loud sections of a minority that considers itself anti-fascist but can hardly hide its secret, more or less latent anti-Muslim racism) as a pretext to criminalize legitimate protest instead of understanding it in its context.
I'm sorry I've gone into such detail, but this was important to me.
